24 heures writes about us
Good news for the house: 24 heures pushed the door of Grand Appétit, Place Bel-Air, and made an article of it. Enough to put a smile on our faces — and make us want to keep going.
Since we opened in Nyon, we've defended a simple idea: seasonal cooking, products we know, and the pleasure of sharing. Seeing that work spotted by a paper we read ourselves means a lot. The Vaud daily describes us as "restaurant and fine grocery, Place Bel-Air", and praises a creative cuisine and tapas made to be shared.
That's exactly what we love: one place where you sit down at lunch and in the evening, where you leave with an aged cheese or a beautiful bottle from the cellar, where the apéro lingers without you noticing the time pass. A house of the living, on a human scale.
Living cooking and tapas to share, in the heart of the grocery.— The spirit of the house, as 24 heures crossed paths with it
Thanks to everyone who keeps Grand Appétit alive day after day — the team, the winemakers, the artisans, and you, who come back. The press reassures and makes a place known; it's up to us to keep welcoming you well.
Fancy making up your own mind? The best way is still to come and sit down.
