Here, the menu is never fixed: the morning market decides. The lunch set menu Tuesday to Friday; on Saturday, the Grande Formule at lunch and dinner. In the evening, plates to share around the cellar, Place Bel-Air in Nyon. Dishes are written in French; we'll gladly translate at the table.

Do you serve brunch on Saturday?
No. On Saturday, the kitchen is open from 12pm — kitchen 12pm–3pm and 5:30pm–10pm, dining room open all day. Oysters, Pata Negra, aged cheeses and charcuterie, tarama, house foie gras: the menu is here. Booking recommended.
